1. About the service
UNPAM TRIP is an open trip booking site, meaning group trips with fixed departure dates where participants join individually. The site is a student service project of Universitas Pamulang, and the trip data, prices, schedules, and reviews on the site are for academic demonstration.
2. Booking
- Bookings are made as a guest with no need to create an account. You need to fill in the contact and traveler details correctly.
- A booking is valid once payment is complete and confirmed by the system. An unpaid booking does not guarantee a seat.
- When a booking is made, seats are held for 12 hours. If payment hasn't been received by then, the booking expires and the seats are released.
- To prevent abuse, the number of unpaid bookings per email, phone number, and network address is limited.
- The number of travelers cannot exceed the remaining seats on the chosen departure date.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in rupiah. The price that applies is the price at the time the booking is made.
- Payments are processed through the payment provider using the methods available on the payment page. Certain methods may carry a service fee, which is shown before you pay.
- A booking status becomes Paid only after the payment provider confirms your payment, not based on a transfer receipt you send yourself.
- The site currently uses Sandbox mode, so transactions are tests and no real money moves.
- If a payment arrives after the booking has expired, the system will reactivate the booking if seats are still available. If seats are sold out, the payment is marked Refund Needed and the money is returned according to the Refund Policy.
4. Cancellations and schedule changes
- Currently, cancellations by the booker are requested by contacting our team, not through a button on the site. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.
- UNPAM TRIP may cancel or reschedule a departure because the minimum group size isn't met, or due to weather, security conditions, or the policy of the area's managers. In that case the booker will be contacted and offered rescheduling or a refund.
5. Traveler responsibilities
- Travelers must provide accurate information and arrive at the meeting point at the time stated in the trip information.
- Travelers must follow the guide's instructions and the rules of the area, local customs, and safety requirements.
- Travelers are responsible for their own health and personal equipment, and must protect the environment and not damage attractions.
- We reserve the right to refuse participants who endanger their own safety or that of others.
6. Limitation of liability
Nature trips carry risks that cannot be eliminated entirely. We try to choose partners and routes carefully, but we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, area closures, or delays in public transport. Information on the site, including the best time to visit, is general guidance and may change.
7. Using the site
You must not misuse the site, including by making fake bookings to hold seats, trying to access other users' data, or disrupting system performance. Violations may result in your booking being cancelled.
8. Changes to the terms
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. The terms that apply to your booking are the version shown at the time the booking was made. Questions can be sent to halo@unpamtrip.test.
